모위 화 (墨鱼滑)는 오징어를 주원료로 하여 만든 가공품으로, 탕이나 훠궈 등에 넣어 먹는 어묵 종류다. 일반적으로 오징어와 기타생선, 삽겹살 등으로 제작한다.
