홍펑차이 (红凤菜, 학명 Gynura bicolor (Roxb. ex Willd.) DC.) 관음채, 보혈채, 자패채 등 여러 이름으로 불린다. 잎은 짙은 녹색이나 뒷면은 자홍색이다. 별칭 :观音菜, 紫贝菜, 紫背菜 , 红菜、补血菜(台湾)、木耳菜、血皮菜 등
