쥬차이 타이 韭菜苔 또는 쥬타이 韭苔 부추꽃대로, 가을 부추꽃이 피었을대의 연한 줄기를 말한다, 꽃대는 중생으로 원통형이고 속이 비어 있으며 높이는 30~70cm이다.
