우화로우 (五花肉, 肋条肉, 三层肉)는 돼지 삽겹살을 말하며, 돼지의 복부에 위치한다. 돼지 복부에 지방 조직이 많고 근육 조직과 지방과 살코기 간격이 층을 이루어 이름지어졌다.
