씨에 로우 빵(蟹肉棒)은 게살 스틱으로, 게맛살이다. 사실 시장이나 마트에서 판매되는 게맛살은 실제 게살이 아닌 새우살이나 생선살과 전분, 기타 식물 첨가물로 만들어진 가공식품이다. 훠궈, 볶음, 구이, 초밥의 원료로 많이 사용된다. 별칭 :蟹柳, 蟹足棒, 模拟蟹肉, 蟹风味鱼糕.
